Python based games do exist and with pygame library i’m sure many python developers will jump in to develop small games. You can do a lot of stuff with 2D library like pygame. Take a look at alchemy game. This game is a puzzle game where you’re going to eliminate the three or more matching color tiles. This is to complete an alchemy experiment where you destroy tiles to perform transmutation. If you follow the plot of alchemy and those experiments then you can relate that into this game. This is puzzle game that is made to keep users busy for some time. Recent updates of this game are not much of interesting as it adds only two more levels.
Personally i don’t take much time to complete puzzle games, so obviously get bored with it after some time. If you like puzzle games then do check out alchemy.
